💃 Was ist eigentlich FatChanceBellyDance® Style? 💃
FCBD®Style ist eine moderne US-amerikanische Weiterentwicklung des Ägyptischen Tanzes, die diesen mit Elementen aus dem Flamenco und indischem Kathak mischt. Also eine ganz bunte zeitgenössische World Dance Fusion, die sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass sie rein improvisiert in der Gruppe getanzt wird.
Dabei gibt es feststehende Bewegungen, die wie Vokabeln in einer Sprache funktionieren, und Regeln für Formationswechsel, die Grammatik. So entsteht eine Tanzsprache, die den Mittanzenden ermöglicht, spontan miteinander zu improvisieren, während der Tanz aussieht wie choreografiert. Auf Tanzparties, sogenannten Haflas (= arabisch für Party) und Festivals kommen Tänzerinnen aus der ganzen Welt zusammen, um gemeinsam miteinander zu improvisieren.

💃 Wie läuft so ein Kurs ab? 💃
Wir beginnen jede Stunde mit einem ganzheitlichen Warm-Up bestehend aus leichter Cardio-Aufwärmung, Rhythmus- und Zimbelübungen, dem sanften Mobilisieren der Gelenke und Wirbelsäule sowie gezielten Übungen zum Aktivieren der wichtigsten Muskelgruppen für korrekte Tanzhaltung, stabilen Stand und saubere Tanztechnik.
Nun folgen das „Eintanzen“ und der Vokabel-Teil. Das bedeutet, dass wir zuallererst in der Gruppenimprovisation zueinander finden und im Tanz ankommen. Anschließend beschäftigen wir uns mit dem aktuellen Schwerpunkt der Woche. Dabei du lernst ggf. neue Tanzbewegungen oder Konzepte und kannst außerdem Detailfragen zu bereits bekannten Inhalten stellen. Gemeinsam oder in kleinen Gruppen üben wir die neu erklärten Schritte, Formationen oder Konzepte. In einer abschließenden Tanzeinheit kannst du deine Fortschritte ohne Leistungsdruck und zusammen mit der ganzen Gruppe erleben. Es folgt ein kurzes Cool-Down zur Entspannung der Rumpfmuskulatur und Unterstützung der Muskelregeneration.
