We invite you to join us for the first Italian event entirely dedicated to the art and culture of the American tribal Style®. Three days to celebrate with us the tribal spirit through workshops, shows and lectures with the most important and innovative artists on the international scene.

Oriental Tea Time XII
Der Vorverkauf für die Oriental Tea Time hat begonnen! Am 18.01.25 dreht sich im Hammer Kurhaus bereits zum zwölften Mal alles um Tanz, Tee und Bazar.
Los geht es wie immer um 17:00, pünktlich zum Fünf-Uhr-Tee!
Solist*innen und Ensembles aus ganz Deutschland und der Schweiz zeigen die facettenreiche Bandbreite des Orientalischen Tanzes: Klassische Darbietungen wechseln mit American Tribal Style, Fantasy, Gothic und Tribal Fusion, Folklore, Schleiertänzen, ITS und Vintage Fusion. Im Foyer präsentieren zahlreiche Aussteller*innen Tanzbekleidung, Accessoires, handgemachten Schmuck und natürlich Tee.
Das Publikum erwartet also wie immer ein vierstündiger Kurzurlaub!

Calligraphy with Flamenco Fan – Beautiful Shapes and Majestic Decorations
Tauche ein in die faszinierende Welt des Tanzes mit dem Flamenco Fächer und entdecke die unverwechselbare Handschrift des The Siren Project Flamenco Fan Dialects.
In diesem Workshop nehmen wir uns Zeit für die feinen Nuancen komplexer Bewegungen und Formationen. Du lernst dramatische Steps wie “Strong Arms 1-3” und “Drama Queen”, die durch präzise Fächerführung und ausdrucksstarke Körperhaltung beeindrucken.
Wir widmen uns langsamen Fades, die Eleganz und Ruhe in deine Performance bringen, und erforschen spezielle Techniken für die Bewegung auf dem Circle, wie die kraftvolle „Eleen’s Frankfurt Flower„.
Erlerne die Kunst der sauberen Linien und eleganten Verzierungen, während du neue Moves in dein Bewegungsrepertoire integrierst. Gemeinsam kreieren wir wunderschöne, majestätische Linien, die sowohl in kleinen als auch in großen Gruppen beeindrucken.
Um am Workshop teilnehmen zu können, solltest du bereits vertraut mit dem Flamenco Fächer sein und mindestens folgende Slow Steps von Katarzyna Lidia beherrschen:

World Dance der Extraklasse erwartet dich – bunt, regional und mitreißend! Mit traditionellen und zeitgenössischen Interpretationen der Tänze aus dem Nahen Osten, Indien und Andalusien präsentieren sich professionelle und semiprofessionelle Tänzer:innen aus Hannover auf der wunderschönen Bühne der Aula in Mühlenberg.
Mit dabei sind unsere Gruppen aus den Bereichen FCBD®Style, Flamenco Dialect, Fusion Bellydance, Contemporary Teens und Contempoary Erwachsene.
Außerdem tanzen dieses Mal auch Elena und Dani selber mit sowie viele andere großartige Tanzende aus Hannover.

Stretch & Relax – Beweglich durch den Herbst
Gönn dir eine entspannte Auszeit während der Herbstferien! In unserem 60-minütigen Stretching Special mobilisieren wir gemeinsam den ganzen Körper und bringen dich geschmeidig in den Feierabend oder in deine nächste Tanzklasse.
Ob Erwachsene oder Jugendliche – dieser Workshop ist für alle geeignet, die ihren Körper bewegen und etwas für ihre Flexibilität tun möchten. Wir gehen auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmenden ein, sodass jeder sich wohlfühlen und die Stunde genießen kann.

Hear the Siren Call! Basics of Fan Dialect in Berlin
Phoenix Clan proudly presents:
Hear the Siren Call! Basics of Fan Dialect by the Siren Project, featuring Elena Sapega!
Both in person and online via Zoom!
The fan is one of the most popular dance props in many dance styles, such as Flamenco, Classical Ballet, traditional dances from Mexico, China and many others. For several years, dancing with a fan has also captivated dancers of FCBD® Inspired dialects. The Siren Project Fan Dialect is today’s most commonly known one among them, since it’s also the most structured and has the largest step vocabulary of all.
During this weekend, Elena Sapega, a certified teacher and international representative of the Siren Project Fan Dialect, will introduce you to this magical style of FCBD® Inspired dialects. We will take 6 hours on two days to familiarise ourselves with the general characteristics of Flamenco Fan as a dance prop (proper holding positions, basic lines and dynamics, opening and closing the fan smoothly) as well as with basic steps of both slow and fast vocabulary.

Workshop 1 – The Very Beginning (Saturday, 12th October 2024, 13-15h CET)

Workshop 3 – First Complex Steps and Variations (Sunday, 13th October 2024, 12-14h CET)
– Slow Variations Level 2: Duet Passing and Circling with Slow Fan Dialect Steps
– Fast Steps Level 2: Double Turn, Resham-Ka / Resham-Ka into Spins, Roundhouse, Single Bump 1/2 Turn aka „Locomia“, Triangle Step; Bonus: Fading, Circling and Shellgame with Fast Fan Dialect Steps
If you have no previous experience with the Fan Dalect, we recommend that you take all three workshops starting with workshop one. Since it’s not always easy to predict the learning tempo of each group, the aforementioned contents of each workshop are not definitive. These are just meant to give you a rough overview of each workshop topic. Please note that, depending on many unforeseeable factors, these contents are subject to change.
Please bring a notebook, water, and a large flamenco fan (28-32 cm long). If you don’t have a fan, you can borrow one for the duration of the workshops.
