Einmalig in Hannover: Ab dem 14. Januar starten wir unseren neuen Manton Kurs – live im Studio der Calaneya Dance Academy und online via Zoom. Perfekt für Anfänger:innen mit einer gewissen körperlichen Fitness.
🌺 Das erwartet dich:Wir beginnen ganz vorne mit den Grundlagen des The Siren Project Manton Dialect. Jede Woche konzentrieren wir uns auf ein bis zwei Bewegungen und lassen Zeit für Wiederholungen und deine Fragen. Ein langsames Tempo ermöglicht es dir, dich sicher und gut begleitet weiterzuentwickeln.
Ein speziell auf den Tanzstil abgestimmtes Warm-up und Techniktraining bringt dich in Bewegung und aktiviert deine Arbeitsmuskulatur. Du lernst die Grundhaltungen kennen und baust nach und nach Kraft und Beweglichkeit auf. Unsere erfahrene und zertifizierte Dozentin gibt dir dabei Tipps und individuelles Feedback. So weißt du genau, worauf du persönlich achten kannst, um die Basis für eine lange und gesunde Tanzfreude zu legen.Sobald die Muskeln geschmeidig sind, lernst du schon die ersten Tanzbewegungen zu wunderschöner, spanisch inspirierter Musik.

Flamenco Dialect ist eine Weiterentwicklung von FatChance-Style®* und legt den Schwerpunkt dabei auf vom Flamenco inspirierte Bewegungen. Dass Flamenco einen großen Einfluss auf FCBD-Style® hat, ist allein an der erhabenen Haltung und den eleganten Floreos eindeutig zu erkennen. Im Flamenco Dialect werden diese Elemente noch mehr hervorgehoben und erweitert.
The Siren Project Manton Dialect ist eine facettenreiche, vom Flamenco und klassisch äqyptischen Tanz inspirierte Bewegungssprache, die von Agata Zakrzewska aus Warschau entwickelt wurde. Dieser fesselnde Movemen Dialect bezieht Einflüsse aus Flamenco Fusion (Devi Mamak), FatChanceBellyDance®Style und der Schleiertechnik aus dem Raks Sharki und verschmilzt diese Elemente zu einem dynamischen und ausdrucksstarken Tanzstil, in dessen Mittelpunkt der Manton (großes Tuch mit langen Fransen) steht.

Starting January 14th, dive into the captivating world of The Siren Project Manton Dialect!
🌺 What You’ll Learn:Starting with the basics, each week focuses on one or two movements from The Siren Project Manton Dialect. No rush, no overload—this course offers a gentle pace that encourages mastery and confidence.
A warm-up and technique training specially designed for the dance style will get you moving and activate your muscles. You will learn the basic postures and gradually build up your strength and flexibility. Our experienced and certified instructor will give you tips and individual feedback. This way, you will know exactly what you can pay personal attention to in order to lay the foundation for a long and healthy dance experience.
As soon as your muscles are smooth, you will learn your first dance moves to beautiful, Spanish-inspired music.

Flamenco Dialect is a further development of FatChance-Style®* and focusses on movements inspired by flamenco. The fact that flamenco has a major influence on FCBD-Style® is clearly recognisable from the elevated posture and elegant floreos alone. In the Flamenco Dialect, these elements are emphasised and expanded even more.
The Siren Project Manton Dialect is a rich, flamenco- and bellydance-inspired movement language created by Agata Zakrzewska from Warsaw. This captivating dialect draws influences from Flamenco Fusion (Devi Mamak), FatChanceBellyDance®Style, and veil technique from Raks Sharki, merging these elements into a dynamic and expressive dance style centered around the manton (large shawl).
